Best Time to Visit Lake Eibsee, Bayern, Germany
Summer is the best time to visit Eibsee, naturally, in Germany because this is the time when you’ll see vivid greens and blues all around. Plus, you can even take a dip in the cool waters of the lake to get a respite from the summer heat while hiking around the lake.
That being said, we visited Eibsee in the Fall season in late September and it was still a good time to visit Eibsee Germany. Though the water is a little too cold for a swim, you can still hike around the lake, sit in the sun and see the clear blue sky reflecting in the water of the lake.
Alternatively, you should even come here in the shoulder seasons i.e spring (April, May) and fall (September, October) when there will be a significantly lesser number of people there and the weather will be pleasant enough to enjoy your visit.
