Restaurants and Cafes near Dabolim Airport

No matter where you're travelling to, journeys can often be taxing and exhausting especially getting to and from the airport. What truly does make this part easier is a cozy restaurant or cafe serving some refreshing food right near the airport. Nothing beats the airport exhaustion like a wood-fire oven pizza and some freshly squeezed fruit juice(Or coffee. Take your pick). Whether you've just landed at the airport after a long flight or you are heading to the airport and are looking for a quick yummy bite before you leave paradise, I have compiled a list of my favorite places to grab a bite near the Dabolim Airport. The food in these places will leave you chirpy and refreshed!

Chi:noa Kitchen

Bright decor, colorful hippie cushions, a glass wall inviting warm rays of the sun and outdoor seating. Chi:noa Kitchen is the perfect spot for a brunch. In addition to salads and burgers, fresh fruit juices are also served here. On a central wall, there's a chalkboard displaying the specialties of the day. Those dishes are quite appealing and yummy, just like all the food at Chi:noa Kitchen. The staff is attentive and the service is quick. The food will leave you with happy memories of Goa.

Cremeux

Located in the city of Vasco, Cremeux is a mini detour while going to the airport from South or North Goa. However, the hearty pizzas will make it a justifiable decision. Not to mention that the cost of the pizzas make them a steal. Cremeux offers pizzas, bruschettas, baguettes, refreshing hot and cold drinks and desserts. They also give the option of combo meals where you get drinks and/ or desert with the purchase of certain pizzas. The decor is quite simple, which is compensated by the delicious food.

The Beach Club

A beach shack on the Bogmollo beach, The Beach Club, with it's yellow table cloths, is a quiet place to have a hearty, ridiculously under-priced and not to mention, delicious meal. Unlike most beach shacks, they don't offer karaoke or play loud music. The focus is on food and damn good food is what you get. The gentle breeze from the ocean, the sound of the waves gushing on the beach and a starlit sky create a beautiful setting and provide relief from the party scene of Goa, showing you what beaches are like without a crowd and the blaring noise.

Thirsty Bear

Opposite to the Goa Medical College in Bambolim, The Thirsty Bear is famous for it's waffles with the added bonus of being open 24*7. It's the right place to be if you're travelling up North or going to the Airport from North Goa and are in need of good food. With hardly any places being open late at night around the airport, Thirsty Bear can be quite a relief if you have a late-night flight to catch. In addition to heavenly waffles, they serve a range of sandwiches, burgers, pastas, pizzas and more.
